The Valley Village Homeowners association pointed out the application for Kulaks Woodshed was fraudulent, size of building wa sincorrect etc and they strongly did not want a criminal operation in their neighborhood. We have Pro Mini DVCAM tape of the Neighborhood Adhoc committee voting against this and stating they did not want to set a precedence of allowing a knowingly illegal club to open up shop and continue to operate just because he had a mob of musicians who wanted to allow it.
