He was calling to see if there was some way to mediate the trouble with Kulaks, I said sure, give me 4 million bucks (cause that is the minimum of what I lost in income over the past 7 years) not to mention pain and suffering etc. All due to his illegal establishment being next door, disturbing my peace and on and on (I can't go into great detail now, see the site).
I also asked why he would act without the backing of the very agency whom denounced Kulaks Criminal Operation and demanded it be shut down in our fair city See letter brought to planning comission and sent to Wendy Greuel demanding Kulaks be closed and fined)
Anyway, he seemed unaware the neighborhood homeowners association was one of the organizations who voted and wrote a letter against kulak being granted a variance. And here he was fighting for Kulak, for a mediation even. There is no question he is a die hard fan for Kulak home for untalented musicians fan. I wondered if this mindless wonder did not also think he could play music and finally found a place (Kulaks) who did not mind they can't play, as long as they donate to the tax free situation he has going. So I let this guy go on with his speach for the people whom no one would pay to hear. I guess everyone needs a place but it doesn't have to be illegally next door to me, we have ZONING LAWS to make these determinations!!!
Then I had to ask him, why

a guy who is currently on probation for his illegal operation of Kulaks woodshed
(see proof here babies) and who violates the probation conditions and criminal
court orders every night he is open!?!?
Aren't you representing the Homeowners association? Don't you care that a criminal operation is operating in your area where yourself and other homeowners own property?
No he stated, It's not his job nor that of the association to enforce the law, nor to report the criminals, just to mediate the problem and try and get people to work together. Then I said well you better look at the archives Kulak has and see how loud those mood drums and amps get". A Biased person I could tell and he doesn't give a shit about the homeowners of Valley Village. What kind of Board member would allow a criminal operation to function in their area? Oh, it's not his job nor the purpose of the home owners association. What a waste of a organazation. I asked for the phone number "they have none", I asked for address and he started to give me a P.O. Box. The Homeowners association is nothing more then a club or a title without a clubhouse. One that encourages criminals to operate in your area, guess that comes with buying a home in Valley Village.. Still he wanted to know what it would take, sound proofing? He asked. Well I think that was one of the conditions on the conditional variance that was granted Kulak to abide by, but he did not. Kulak did not follow any of the terms and conditions of the variance and the city has on it (See the variance that wasn't worth the paper it was written on), the tax payers time and money wasted on it, employees time, hearings, a worthless planning comission lady "Lordes Green" who did nothing to punish Kulak for violating the variance. When the variance gig was up and he was found to not have performed, no prosecution took place, instead Mr. Kulak and his Wendy Greuel associate determined, oh well, you did not need that anyway, apply for a different permit because the variance did not work for you.
He followed nothing o the variance conditions and it stated he would be fined or jailed if he failed, but then again, the criminal court orders also stated he would be jailed if he operated which violated the probation and the court order.
So what we have here is a failure to communicate and a influenced system causing my rights to be ignored because a city councilwoman is involved, disregarding her political ethics. Well Wendy Greuel, you have allowed now the city to get sued and like all other cases, I am going to win and expose your corruption, let them all see how crooked you and your staff are. And it is tax payers money who is going to pay for the years of punishment I have suffered, the proof is already documented.
With Wendy Greuel on his side no one will do anything, I have letters from the police saying they will not do anything until city attorney Don Cocek tells them to, I get city attorney Don Cocek saying he can't do anything.
Well, I believe I have stood the test of time and now some heads are going to roll. I never in a million years would have thought wendy Greuel would share top billing with me (Jeff Stryker) but she has reached her political heights and it is onto television with the unattractive woman. Bigger government criminals have fallen, I want to make that crooked woman famous now and assure she never does this to another group or person she doesn't like.
