.A. Look at this, in 2004 Building and safety made this order and it is as valid today as it was then. It states Obtain Change of USE Permit prior to OCCUPANCY. He tore out a wall then got the permit and acts like it is OK to operate...Greuel and Thrush knew better, they covered for him.. They lied for him, they presented it to city council for him with this and the criminal charges they were aware of. We have the Proof..! They were not legally and still are not legally even allowed to be inside that building. No Great White incident, your lucky. Kulak that LIAR got caught in 04, that's what this is all about. He threw up a smoke screen it is porn against music, HE GOT CAUGHT, clear and simple..The variance states not to operate until all conditions are met, 2 years, the criminal orders (2 of them) total 2 years criminal court ordered not to operate, that's 4 years Greuel and Green and Thrush and the rest, allowed him to violate the law and harm me with that music and crowds

.B. 5.04.04 LAPD Charges. Greuel was aware of, she stopped them from closing Kulaks that day. Greuel can't deny she Not only knew of the LAPD charges that later led to court orders not to operate while she was still helping Kulak throughout but she had the charges delay in filing 1 month to 6.4.04.

(4). 11.3.05 Variance "appeal" denied by Los Angeles City Council, despite the criminal court order they allowed a criminal to operate, with Wendy Greuel standing before the Los angeles City council stating "she supported this illegal club operating". Proof she knew of Kulaks illegal charges and court orders prior are the Dale Thrush statements at the neighborhood council meeting which we have on video (front page free flow player clips).. AND

(5). 12.10.06...Kulaks letter now states, Greuels letter was misleading in her letter to Kulak supporters He was ready to meet the cities MANDITORY REQUIREMENTS FOR SOUND PROOFING, 6 inches thick along walls sound transmission code (STC)58 but not until he knows he can get the Parking, GREUEL SHOULD HAVE MADE HIM CLOSE UNTIL HE HAD SOUND PROOFING. Kulak states "my site" exposure her corruption has caused her to distance herself from the woodshed.

(6).Even the Variance granted states KULAK IS NOT TO OPERATE, Kulak used this as a permit and with Wendy Greuels help he was able to get the police to do nothing when they came out for as many as 20 different disturbance reports from Kulaks loud music coming through the wall.

While under the guidelines of the variance Paul Kulak failed to meet any term or condition of the variance, voiding it within the 1st 30 days due to the time restraints on sound proofing, off street parking, etc. Lordes Green dragged her feet in getting the investigation for the violation of the variance and when she received the investigation reports, she failed to follow through with anything, no punishment, fines or convictions as listed on variance, instead she just let it run out and expire 2 years later. We complained he was continually operating and sent proof, she stonewalled prosecution of Kulaks so he could continue operation (due to Wendy Greuel's great far reaching influence and interference). Proof was way back then that Planning and city council had the fix in whenever they wanted it, recent proof of the 11.21.07 Wendy Greuel planning dept fix, was a recording left by member of the dept of planning who assured developer Schaffel he would win without a doubt because the city council can assure it (wendy Greuel was the city council for the area mentioned and Dale Thrush is her planning henchman deputy).

(8). 10.26.06 In the meanwhile, the Dept of Building and Safety convicted Kulak a 2nd time for operating in the wrong zone, a land use issue and he was convicted again for illegal operation in the wrong area and fined, convicted, ordered not to operate without proper license and put on 2nd year of probation.

(9).12.5.06 Kulak decides Variance was not needed, city was wrong, now they don't need sound proofing, let the neighbors prove their damages, Greuel supports us and informs us we just need to file for a off street parking variance. On Kulaks next (Kulak Speaks media clip) he states Greuel got together with his attorney, Kulak and they came up with a new plan, apply for off street parking, delay the thing indefinitely.

(10). 2.24/07 Proof police were notified several different times (police reports will show more then 20 over the years) and they could not do anything due to the City Council woman's interference and now City Attorney Don Cocek failing to place any more charges on Kulak for his continued violations.

Greuel owns Frontier Building Supply in North Hollywood, could there be some reason she is pushing through all of these monster complexes and Greuel backs them kicking out rent control housing for people?
