It seems to me that Los Angeles City Council has recently been caught abusing their position. The Planning commission calling Developers and leaving messages don't worry the council is behind you and you ARE going to get the GO AHEAD with Project.
Problem was this guy was new at the corruption game and they hadn't instructed him on how to properly do it, he left the message on the persons phone who filed the appeal. Thus Wendy Greuel's improper conduct and assuring of success via corruption process was exposed.
(Funny but not so funny), It is Wendy Greuel, Council Person of the district And Dale Thrush is her planning deputy. I saw that crooked man trying to influence City Attorney at a criminal trial for Kulaks, now is that the job of planning deputy? Then once he discovered he was BUSTED BY ME AND A WITNESS, he left and was replaced with Wendy Greuel's little female deputy who had phone in hand (with Greuel's no doubt) while she tried to further influence the city attorney and planning man Mr. Pruitt. The corruption has to stop here Monkeys!
They had the same fix in when I objected and they granted a unfair advantage to Kulaks who was not entitled by the state law to have a variance granted. It strictly states the conditions of which a variance is to be granted but the Council woman felt she was QUEEN of Valley Village and what she wants ...GOES..Again the fix was in and like a bunch of lemmings, they all followed with Yes votes.
And the P.L.U.M. commission is the biggest bunch of crooked players I have ever seen, how dare one of them mention they got a dog from defendants witness "Dogman" from a rescue adoption thing and how happy it made his wife..
I may look up his name and give him something really good to smile about. These people think they are unaccountable for their actions while working for the city. They feel they are the law instead of representatives put there by the public. They are not judges, they are not law enforcement but they feel they can dictate whatever it is they want. Lets se if the pen is mightier then the sword.. I am pretty good with both of them (the sword being my preferred weapon) but what the hey. Never bring a knife to a gun fight...
Funny but Kulaks attorney joined in playing his ole tired song while he knows the place is not legally meeting the city codes, there is no sound proofing and no permit to operate. These people feel they have a right to play in this illegal establishment, Greuel granted them the right, no one enforces the fact they are illegal, the building was tore out wall to wall and without permits. I tell ya, if I had one criminal thing against me, they would throw me in jail so fast it would make my head spin, and they might throw away the key or try anyway.
My friends are in high laces and I am represented by some of the best civil rights and criminal defense attorneys in the world. Just another case of them trying to keep the white man down ;-). You see here in California I am a minority, that's right. I am. Kulaks Attorney RigRod knows of the legal problems the club faces and he knows as a attorney they are illegally there, the did not meet the variance conditions and they were not prosecuted for any violations of their failure to meet it. Now they feel it just went away and they can operate exactly as they have for the past 8 years by just changing the name of it? Kulak refers to a theater with live performance. He doesn't meet the standards of a theater, more like a peep show booth. And I wish they would allow him to be classified as such, they would close his doors in a minute because I know theater codes and it doesn't stand a prayer for anything like a 99 seat or under theater house. There are seating conditions, fire exits, fire retardant material laws. Permits, Occupancy Permits. Everything. Because he cant meet any of the hurdles he throws things into a application process, even if he were granted the applications as he was for the variance, he cant meet the conditions of it. It is another delay tactic. And you would think they would shut him down until the building has sound proofing and meets the codes? Not with Wendy greuel at the head of the thing, her and Dale Thrush are a case Ill tell ya. They are like no other I have seen, very slick but not slick enough... They violated the laws. Now Wendy is looking so far ahead at her next job with the city that she wants this to be water under the bridge, oh don't look at the corruption she did just for kicks. Maybe there is not even any kick backs to this situation, just her venting of her hatred of a persons sexual preference or the fact he did porn and she feels he should be hanged.
These people are prejudice and it comes out every chance they get, wen they need to flex their political muscle as Kulak claims he did with Greuel (see the media clip, it is the Kulak Speaks) yea she is a political muscle and I am David. One little rock in the right area can bring that giant down and I am going to keep throwing rocks until I find the right spot.
Rigrod is so desperate to play anywhere that will accept him that he and Dogman (I call him dogman, he isn't worth remembering his hairy faced name) have both showed up in court to fight and false testify for Kulak so they will have a place where they are welcome... They do not care how it effects anyone and you know it is illegal to let them play there.
