NORTH HOLLYWOOD POLICE DEPT CLOSES KULAKS WOODSHED ....Friday the 13th and Monday 6.17.08

UPDATE: Kulak reports to have made a deal (worked things out so they can stay operating) with the LAPD.... Funny my sources say "no deal was made", it is like Kulaks private membership club claim, all BS. There are no deals made with the LAPD. Kulak has resorted to playing without the gutiars plugged in so I can't hear them..HHmmm that's what I wanted in the first place, to not hear them. If I hear anything, I will call the police here so fast it will make their heads spin. The Kulak lied again, he has no protection other then unplugging the music which he has been doing.

I still hear it faintly but not enough to call on. The second I do, Ill get the readings first then call and prove it. Even their little warm up better be quiet. Kulaks does not have permission from any city agency to operate. That's the document he has never had. More Kulak stories and this time he can be sure, we will call again because we believe nothing a liar has to say. We know he has been operating illegally the whole time, his stories hold no weight. so Mr. Kulak had better consider if the vice comes in and catches them filming without a permit or the milion dollar insurance policy state law requires. Now he has that and the fact if the police are called and they notice he operates without a permit (which he does not have), he will again be closed down.

Monday through Friday the 20th 2008 Kulak has not been operating. Will he operate tonight and face Police closure or perhaps tonight is the RAID by the same originations Kulak pulled the wool over there eyes 4 or 5 years ago? He has to face these facts and the knowledge they are onto him. They are having meetings with all departments but this time it is against Kulaks Operation, planning the big sweep, illegal filming etc and clean the building out.. There is no more tolerance for operating without permits and it is documented and clear to the police "the music is disturbing from Kulaks" and it does clearly come through the walls. Kulaks drums and bass area butt against my wall. Just who was being tortured? I think it becomes clear after we have finally cleared out Kulak's (the music man) smoke and mirrors. Applying for a parking/zone varance does not pass for a operating permit. After Kulak not following any conditions on the first variance :I dont think he has a shot at it", but thanks for the 5600. Friday the 13th was not the only bad night for Kulaks illegal operation, Monday was another 13th of sorts and it carries on

After being closed single handedly by Officer Hoefler of the NHPD, Kulak disregards the Police threat Saturday (busy weekend police are busy with serious crime) which was a verbal order to not operate, and he gets away with it Saturday night. But, he sure did not get away with anything last night (Monday June 16th 2008). After getting a call from Watch Commander Officer Henkle (I believe this was the officer I spoke with) around 9PM the officers Lindesy and Chaparro of NHPD finally got tired of hearing Paul whine, he did not have a permit so they ordered him to shut down and had all of the patrons leave. Next time he should go to Jail. Kulak was again thinking he was smart and was already laughing with his patrons about the police. Kulak was even having Pizza delivered to the rear of the building while the police were out front.

As Mr. Britten was speaking to the police in front it was looking hopeless at first that they would enforce anything. The cops had been out dealing with this Kulak before and Kulak had a answer for everything, used the variance as if it was a permit etc and threw wendy Greuel's name up a and any others he knew. So the police did not seem to want to help Jim at all, he was sure they were going to leave and just tell Kulak to turn it down. You have to put yourself in the cops shoes, they do not know who is the good guy and who is the bad guy until it is all over and more evidence comes up later.. Kulaks story was created a long time ago to pit himself against the porn guy and make people feel sorry for him. The story he threw me out of his place was the biggest crock I ever heard, like his trash hole has anything to offer anyone. You could not drag me into Kulaks, I get paid for going into clubs and no amount of money would be enough to go into a dive and listen to the terrible people play. It is like the gong show minus the occassional good talent. that may be a place for "has beens" or "wanna be's" but I don't think people of class would be caught in there. How many important people have you seen holding a can for donations that go to Kulak so he can have his food delivered or eat at coffee shops and feel like he is the king of criminals. After all from Kulaks self proclamation of proudly having been a juvenile delinquent, he has made it big time to white collar crime. He can put himself with the many crooks who run say donation scams in Church organizations. Kulak is the Jim Baker of Music. I called my neighbor Jim to see what was going on with the police situation and he told me his discouraging news, it doesn't appear they are going to do anything... I freaked. I knew these police could easily be fooled by the dumb country act the chicago downtown boy Kulak put on. The ony time I imagine Kulak was in the country was stealing eggs. So out of Panic I called the Watch commander and explained the situation, hoping the higher ups would not stand for this and I believe it was Commander Henkle running the show that night at the NHPD. They knew the good from the bad, illegaly operating is not acceptable and the cops had to admit they heard the crap music pouring out into the street and into Jim Business. Ole Kulak doesn't want the honest floor covering specialist to complain, there is nothing he can say to make him look bad. Commander Henkle was like the Sarge on friday night (a No Guff kinda guy) the kind of cop who would treat you like Gold and give you every break but, if you disrespected him he may just kick your ass (and we need cops like this here in LA).. He called the foot soldiers directly and they saw the light and decided Kulak wasn't so honest as he had them fooled to believe. The police would have freaked to hear Kulak one time after he played them with the variance, acting like it was a permit. Kulak went back in like the champ, grabbed the mic and said, heh what fer are ya all doing? I ain't paying ya fer nothing, lets hear some music". The police officers Lindsey and chaparro went back to Mr. Britten and treated him like a good man from that point on, then they proceeded to shut Kulaks ass down.

Kulak was waving around his application for a parking variance like it meant something and these cops were not buying it. Once they saw their watch commander was not going to tolerate the North Hollywood police being made fools of (despite Wendy Greuel's instructions for all city agencies to leave Kulak alone) they looked at Kulaks parking application for what it was ...NOTHING..

The police did not ticket Kulak but they gave him a written warning and told him every time we get a call about his music they will start out with a warning ticket, the next call the same night will be a citation and after that, JAIL. I'd sure like to hear about ole Kulak getting butt banged by Julio in the twin towers hotel. They informed Kulak there is a certain number of complaints allowed before they charge him with being a public nuisance. Also Kulak was informed his days are numbered, the vice and the Building and safety and local police are all going to get together and raid him one day for filming thousands of times without permits, disrupting the businesses next door, operating without permits and continued Building and safety violations, and take all of the equipment. Something that Don Cocek should have done a long time ago.

Now Its time for Vice to get in there and get him for the years of filming without permits. The list goes on.

So, we will see what happens next time, one thing for sure. The North Hollywood Police rock and they are not taking shit from illegal Kulak any more. NONE OF THEM! YEAAAAAA North Hollywood Police. I am posting this now because they deserve some credit. I praise the work these new police are doing because the older cops (who had been out here before) did not do anything to stop Kulaks, so the new Watch commander instructed them to do their jobs. No permit, no operation, it is as simple as that.

A law is a law, it shouldn't depend on which cop shows up. Thank God Officer Hoefler started the ball rolling, with no prior knowledge of Kulaks he demanded to see the permit to operate, when one wasn't provided...he ordered the place closed.

Now these biggies (the cops they sent were a couple of BIG guys (like football players) Lindsey and Officer Chaparro were seeing the facts like they were and they were going to shut Kulak down regardless of the BS Kulak was spilling to them. You know how you can tell when Kulak is lying? When he opens his mouth.

Now maybe Wendy Greuel will run to Kulaks rescue to cover her butt, send ole Thrush down there to do the dirty work. I hope so because after I finish with the crook Kulak I am going after wendy greuel for her assistance with this criminal operation. She may have weaseled out of the 1st case against the city but she won't the 2nd and I have grounds, I just need a good attorney to go after them. Don't get me wrong, my attorney Mr. Jacobovitz is top notch but the charges we placed did not fit the discrimination etc that Greuel had committed while under the cities empowerment.

I want to publicly expose her corruption and show the city she is as crooked as Kulak is. They messed with the wrong man here because I will not stop fighting, I will never stop until she gets exactly what she gave me in the 9 years of torturous hell I have lived through due to her interference and unfair special treatment of Kulak. Funny how dumb ole Kulak turned this from a guy being busted for illegal operation into a Music verses Porn situation. The dates show he got restraining orders to try and stop me from going after him because once he turned it into a attack me, I will fight till my last breath to make things right.

Lourdes Green was right there testifying as well for a criminal on probation and court ordered not to operate... so she needs to be with greuel, as does dale Thrush who stood before many hearings, city council etc and supported and enforced Greuel's wishes that a criminal be granted not only a variance but special favors allowing him to operate despite 2 honest businesses suffering next door to Kulaks. Also these freaks we have in office like Grobstein or whatever his name is, (disrespecting my landlord) for no reason other then he is a corrupt political kiss ass. well I hope he sees his little name is on the list too and if he questions my facts, I have it on video and would gladly show it to courts or better yet the news.

Yes, Friday the 13th was indeed a bad day for Paul Kulak and the stupid criminals who played there the Night of Friday the 13th after having been warned by my emails they are playing in an illegal establishment. Kulak uses application for parking variance as a permit to operate, and why not? He had used a variance that stated he is not to operate and it is not to be used as a permit, as a permit for Kulak to operate.. A good police officer did not buy it (officer Hoefler). The days of Kulak fooling police I hope are over. The officer told Kulak you shut down and do not operate until you have a permit to do so. Kulak laughed with patrons after the officer Hoefler and his Sergeant (the bull dog) left, no disrespect intended to this sergeant whose name I don't have, it is good we have tough no non-sense cops.. I wondered why they laughed, the next night I discovered why. Kulak opened like usual as if nothing happened the very next night. I knew his false sense of victory would get the best of him as it did Monday when he has the freak show (his amateur night) and the cops following Hoefler's strict adherence to the law, came through like champs!

Hats off to Officers Lindsey and Chaparro and especially to Watch Commander Henkle (I sure hope that was the watch commander I spoke with)..

I don't know why these officers telling Kulak to close and not to re-open until Kulak had his permits, would be any different then the day he was in Van Nuys Criminal court 1.12.05 and the Judge put him on probation and court ordered him not to operate. The very same night Kulak walks out of the booking dept in the Van Nuys police dept (next to the court) and opens that same night for a tsunami benefit. And I bet they got about as honest of a count of donations as the judge did when Kulak assured him he would follow the court orders. Kulak claimed he gave 6 grand to the benefit, I'd like to hear how much they really received.

Funny watching the band and Kulak as they laughed and mocked the neighbor while Blaming Music through the wall at Peyton's office, funny because I knew I was going to finish that scum off with the same cops he laughed at.

Little did they (Kulaks and his freak patrons and attorneys) know Peyton had purchased a sound meter many months ago and that accompanied by a news paper and clock legally establishes the sound levels and the dates (you see having knowledge of how to obtain legal proof of ID from porn, paid off again). Kulak had thought himself untouchable with the previous assistance of corrupt Dale (the wendy greuel Henchman) Thrush, Bruce Speigal and Wendy Greuel, Lourdes Green and more who all helped a recently convicted criminal (Kulak) get a variance despite strict criminal court orders. They were his traveling circus testifying to various hearings and procedures to cover the mistakes they had made up to that point, like backing a criminal operation.

I have everything captured on professional DV CAM video in case any of these ass holes want to try me in court and so I can try them in court. It is not defamation if it is TRUE and that's why these political slime balls can't go after me. Not to mention the wild press frenzy that would follow, they don't need to see me prove it to the world and then the courts.

One cop made a stand, his sergeant came later and I think agreed with him. I like the Sergeant (he is a tough man) and when I first heard him growl it impressed me, that's the kind of cops we need! Mean ole cantankerous guys that won't take crap from anyone, they will enforce the law their way and be sure it is accomplished. I think Ball busters like these Cops should be commended. I hope I can count on them to enforce their tough words to Kulak until we take that slime ball down (as Kulaks says). The night following the Kulak closure was fathers day weekend and unfortunately all of the cops were busy, too busy dealing with gang bangers and murderers to mess with a sound disturbance (and I can appreciate that). I wouldn't want to see someone get beat up or killed because a cop was busy throwing out a illegal music establishment. That's why I feel they should have ticketed Kulak the first night but they gave him a break, it would have saved the continual follow ups. Now they have to come and deal with it again and hopefully they will be pissed off they gave this Kulak smuck a break and he ignored them.

Back to: one of the hearing appeals with the planning dept against the granting of this criminal Kulak a variance. Kulak did not deserve the variance based off a whole list of false information, the application and he was under criminal court order not to operate. The morons at planning commission heard the case and even got smart ass ed while defending the then Criminal on probation (which specifically stated as a condition o the variance, to follow all laws and codes) Paul Kulak. Especially a snide cocky Michael Grobstein (commissioner on board of South valley area planning commission) who said to my dear kind elderly Landlord "what do you think, you own the street parking"? And of course Lourdes Green who granted a variance to a criminal (Kulak) while he was freshly criminally court ordered not to operate and was on probation with conditions of probation being "not to operate". Can you believe these stupid arrogant people are representing the city? I say get them all out of office for their aiding a criminal operation, they are like cock roaches, you catch one violation and there are a million you haven't seen. Hey Grobstein, bite my shorts buddy, you little weasel. Wendy greuel, what a corrupt person, look how deep she went to try and cover her tracks, now I have exposed the crimes and corrupt practices. Make sure and VOTE FOR ANYONE BUT GREUEL FOR CITY CONTROLLER IN 2009. We have seen her corrupt practices and her involvement in aiding criminal establishments, she doesn't need to be anywhere around the cities money and in fact needs she to be removed from being paid with tax payers money.

It is sad we have these people representing the city and hopefully we can get them out of office. Lourdes Green went before the PLUM board and testified, before the city council and testified "for a criminal ordered by Van Nuys criminal court not to operate". paul Kulak himself let the cat out of the bag that he and Lourdes Green had a improper meeting on the side while the case was being heard by the neighborhood adhok committee. Ole smart ass Michael Grobstein sat there eating while the planning appeal hearing was held and then he opened his mouth and removed all doubt he should not even be in a political or city office. What a terrible guy. The disrespectful bastard spoke to my landlord without any courtesy. I'd like to take him out back of the woodshed and show him how to act, it is clear his father never taught him any respect. My landlord is a great guy, owns 3 stores and paid that Grobstein's salary with his taxes. Respect your elders and try and make a change by having a good example for people when your in a position with the city working for the tax payer. These people better wake up and realize they are the public servants and that is it, they are lucky to work for us and after seeing his disrespect for his master (us) I say he needs thrown back out into the street from which he came and let the people he did injustice to deal with him in kind.

I want to show their political corruption and the injustice they did to the public anywhere their name is listed. Their special interest, their political corruption and how they were influenced by wendy Greuel and Dale the henchman Thrush. Lets not forget that little female helper Abby who appeared at wendy Greuel and Dale Thrush's request in the criminal court room when Dale realized Peyton was there watching him trying to illegally influence the city attorney Don Cocek. Yes through wendy Greuel's office there are a lot of little examples being put out there in political office using the same tactics. And it is sad but true to see Don Cocek the city attorney was influenced, he did not do his job. Don cocek did not pursue charges against Kulak, did not mention the prior probation Kulak was on for the same illegal operation of the Woodshed against criminal court orders. Don cocek did not mention to the judge that Kulak walked out of the court room 1.12.05 under probation and direct court orders not to operate and opened the club the same night acting as a 501C# (non profit organization) collecting money for the tsunami relief and totally disregarded the judges orders. Kulak claimed he got them 6 grand, I wonder how much they got of it?

Back to the Friday 13th 2008 for Kulak.

Single handedly Officer Hoefler #36320 (God bless this man) walked up to Kulaks (hearing the music blaring 1/2 a block down the street) and then he went to Britten's to assure him he was going to take care of this abuse of the law. Some jungle music was blaming through both neighboring business's walls and the officer heard it in the street even. The officer was good, he parked down the street in the alley and then walked up as Kulaks guy out front, watched. Kulak usually had a guy in front in case the police came but this time he had a moron out there who watched for the police and then called Kulak on his phone to inform him "The cops are here".

The North Hollywood Police officer Mr. Hoefler was very cool, he did not get upset but... he was there to do a job and damn it, he did it.. He took testimony of Mr. Britten and then went over to Kulaks to investigate.

At first Kulak was cowering in the rear recording area in his building and Kulak sent a white haired, bearded troll out to try and show the police some documents to try and fool the cop. The police office was nice but firm, send Kulak out here NOW ordered the honorable officer. The little troll man of Kulaks appeared outside again, Mr. Kulak is very busy and gathering the documents to prove he is legal, he will be right out.

The cop could have charged right in, ticketed Kulak for filming without a permit, operating without a permit and for disturbing the peace but, he wanted to give the Kulak every break he could.

Finally Kulak came out with a stack of papers in hand. Kulak was confident he was going to fool the cop with another game of "fool the police". Then Kulak could go in and brag on the air, "Hey what are I paying fer here, lets hear some music". Just Like he did the last time he fooled the officers... After all, he skated so easily every time before because he used a tro (restraining order) he obtained using liars and he painted himself as a victim of the neighbor. Before Kulak had managed to skate without tickets, without closure or anything but this time he was about to discover it wouldn't work on this Police officer.

Kulak and the police officer stood in front of Peyton's business (not knowing he was being watched by not one but 2 cameras inside Peyton's business) and Kulak tried his "song and dance" on the sole officer. The Police officer Mr. Hoefler did not buy it. Kulak was trying to say he was in the process (wow Peyton's cams have sound too) of getting a variance and the police officer said listen, if you do not have a permit to operate you are going to close the place down now and I mean NOW!

Kulak sent his troll man into the shed to tell the performers who were not laughing now, this shows over, you guys have to act like a tree and leaf.

Kulaks near crying was so pathetic that the police officer did not ticket him, nor take him to jail. It is kinda pathetic to see a 6 foot 2 moron fighting tears, begging and pleading and even mentioning wendy greuel did not impress the police officer. I like honest cops, they are a asset to our community even when the head neighborhood officer was not doing squat about Kulaks continued illegal operation. funny but Kulak never admitted he was closed down, he kept it silent on his music song writers blog, did not announce any show cancellations (much like he is doing now), nothing. he must be trying to be political, lie and deny.

Finally a officer who knows the law and goes by the law (Again praise for Officer Hoefler) saw the order to comply I had neatly Posted on the telephone pole in front of my building and it was a valid Building and safety order to Comply dated Feb with Kulaks name written all over it. Orders stating not to occupy the woodshed building. The police officer walked Kulak to the pole and showed Kulak the document and the date which superceded the application for a parking variance Kulak was waving around like a get out of jail free card and the officer got a little upset when Kulak tried to play him as a fool.

This is a North Hollywood Police officer, Kulak, he is used to dealing with dangerous gang bangers, catching crooks and having people shoot at him. He isn't going to waste time talking to a retarded Kulak who believes he has the right to operate because he applied for a parking variance. I guess having had operated illegally for 9 years 6 nights a week, Kulak felt he could never get touched, plus, he had Wendy Greuel on his side. I have video of her standing up supporting a convicted criminal who was ordered not to operate and it violated his probation, to city council to deny my appeal. Mrs. Greuel liked him so he is therefore above the law.

Mr. Britten stood tall in front of his business as Kulak looked over at him with eyes of Murder. Kulaks under bite kind of makes him look like a frankenstein monster that wasn't put together with the correct parts. The police officer Hoefler was not impressed with Kulaks story, his bogus documents or anything. He apparently had heard of Kulaks terrible recordings of the performers and was worried Kulak may record him because he did not go in and ticket him for filming without a permit or the million dollar insurance policy required by the City in order to film. I cant blame him, the chance Kulak would have taped the police office was too great. The end was here for Kulak, a honest law enforcing officer was enforcing the law for Porn stars just like any one else. This perplexed Kulak, a honest smart police officer Kulak couldn't fool. A police officer that names of corrupt city council people did not intimidate, one that was not going to be fooled by Kulak's application for parking when Kulak was using it as a permit to operate. and what really scared Kulak, this police office was reading the documents instead of just agreeing and shaking their heads yes.

Officer Hoefler, I salute you! I hope you get a raise and when I get compensated for the years of torment I have suffered as a result of Kulaks lies and the previous manipulation of lesser Police officers. well, I am going to spend it well.

What a glorious day today is, what a renewed faith I have in the North Hollywood Police dept. I like that tough ole cop who came to make sure everything was going down as it should too/ he is a no nonsense type of Cop. The kind we want taking care of our streets but I have to give the credit to Officer Hoefler who made the brave move against Kulaks talk of impressive political connections, the officer who laughed when Kulak tried to show him a parking application as a permit to operate.

Hats off officers! Thanks for not falling for the BS terrible porn story Kulak is so comfortable telling, nor the lies of Peyton being thrown out of Kulaks. Fact is, no one ever claimed Peyton was inside Kulaks except Kulak. Strange isn't it? Not so strange to the liar Kulak who conforms stories to fit his needs, trying to pit police and everyone against Peyton because he was in adult movies 10 years ago. If you ask Kulak, Peyton just pulled it out is how fresh his porn career is.

Now, the trial is next for Kulaks illegal activities, unless he opens again and then Peyton and Britten wait with baited breath to get Kulak put where he belongs.

I commend officer Hoefler and the sergeant for their honest enforcement of the law and their unbiased attitudes to enforce the law regardless what song and dance Kulaks Woodshed had to offer.
