This is Kulaks Hobby, taking precedence over my right to earn a honest living and raise my 14 year old son and I take that to heart.
He has Valley Village City Council woman Wendy Greuel supporting him and he again slaps her in the face by calling the Building and Safety claiming I live here!? This is no Hobby to me, It is my sole income, how loud do I have to yell that!. I am bringing a major station to this community and a reality series which will create work money and more attention then anyone can bring to Valley Village. That's what this community needs, major productions like it's HOLLYWOOD again. The valley village City council woman has helped and stands behind a man who does this for no reason??, while he does this time and time again? What kinda of people are these?The more he gets agencies to side with him the more they fight for him and don't look at what he has and is doing.
I called when he took out a wall and I thought his building was going to FALL ON MINE! The building and safety cited him and suddenly we have a hate thing? Come on, smoke screen, Hello, cant you see the scam?? Calling falsely on me again today was another insult to all that "support him and his cause". Now they are starting to show their true colors of what made me a monster for years, ask them, always a monster.
.They cited him, and still to this day years later, they cant prosecute Kulak, because Mrs. Greuels office drove him downtown to go over our neighborhood Building and Safety peoples heads, tie their hands and allow him to operate. That was over a year ago, I turn in a illegal establishment in 2001 and it has been allowed to bam my wall for 4 years 7 shows a week ranging from daytime to 6PM to 12AM. This is an insult, Dept of Public Health shut them down and they had Greuels office assist in re-opening them in 3 hours. He bragged about it, but then again Kulak claimshe never got any complaints" didn't he?
I'll have to take that off the "option block" should be granted a variance and break me and by gawd "we were forced to live here", man.

I think Our Local guys were was hi-jacked, they couldn't of known about the scam downtown. I cant believe Wendy Greuel did not investigate all aspects of Kulak before she came to his establishment and heard the vicious monster, then she openly supported him. Try "my shoe on" before casting judgment, regardless the situation.

Police don't do anything when they are "told they cant" by higher ups. I called and got a" sorry charlie" card, civil matter No question he has been told what to say or given a card to get outa following any laws during operation .I had seen a guy walk in there with a open beer he just drank and brown bagged. Followed by a lady with a dawg. . Lets get this "improper inner control" OUT of our local government and get it straightened out. Someone has to remember what "public servant" means and face their actions when they are open for public review.
I was proud when I saw the Council 1.25.05 because it was a serious bunch of professionals like outa some Military board with no BS to it. I don't think the "Kulak rape victim" story over rides laws. The have interests in protecting all of our laws and strict ordinances. Try jamming music and drawing crowds of harassing people next door to their house. About 1 hour, then your screwed because they are going to have your ass shut down. I moved into a area where all stores closed at 5. Plus, Kulaks claims of "war, personal stuff" are getting pretty old and weak. You have to admit it, he had the chance to tell the council that he was and does deserve a variance because..... AGAIN HE SAID NOTHING ABOUT IT, HE WENT TO THE PREPARED SCRIPT HE LEARNED.
Look how I support them in their desire not to be squished by new houses the size of the city hall.
I want to grab this by the "grass roots" and straighten things out.. starting with my issue, "I the people", not people who get caught and "play people" so they avoid prosecution. Can you even "believe it" when you think about it? A crook finally cant buy or whatever his way out of getting caught, Building and safety opened him up like a catfish beside a Missouri river bank. And they are muddy banks so ya have to be careful because ya never know when" those higher ups who covered up may get some of that MUD on their face".
Mrs. Greuels office had told mr. Britten that they were calling Kulak and telling him he no longer had her Offices support because it was 9 months later and Kulak still had not applied for his variance.
