Ya know what? I don't want headline news for one day, I have here what we call the World Wide Web, the Internet and I can be headline news every day for years if need be to show the corruption that is going on within the Los Angeles City Council and most directly the corruption wendy Greuel and her henchman Dale Thrush commit daily. Lets not forget the recent exposure of the Planning dept being ionvolved in it, yea, they made the error and it exposed that they are corrupt, the desision was already in before one of our good public members even had their appeal heard. And what was their appeal? see the front page of my site, Wendy Greuel had supported Schaffel Developement in throwing 70 some odd people protected under rent control, into the streets so he could make his condos and sell them for multi millions. And it wasnt the first we discovered, this was the 3rd I know of that she cleared the way, hundreds of people protected under rent control thrown into the streets. Here is a atricle where the city attorney had told Greuel she better freeze throwing people out of their buildings, this was at the beginging of 2006 yet she kept strying to make it happen and snuck another few in, here check it out Yea, she was told that her actions were inporper but she doesnt listen to anyone but her henchman Dale Thrush.
I will not stand for it, they think what can one man do? well I am here to show you what one man Charles Peyton can do. They say you can't fight city hall, I remember seeing the city council members all smiling and laughing when I was there with this very serious violation being committed against me by Wendy Greuel, Dale Thrush, Lourdes Green (Planning dept) and the entire city council becaue they backed it and voted Yes for a criminal to have a variance that he used as a permmit to operate. And the guy (Kulaks Woodshed) was on a criminal court order not to operate and he was serving what was one year of the 2 years he has received so far for his illegal operation. Yea, they smiled like Jackels but I wonder, are they smiling now that I use the internet to expose their corruption? How funny is it now assholes?? How much can you smile when the public sees daily what a crook you are and how crooked the system is. Your pre planned desisions dealing with variances, building developments, etc like we have seen is happening and you want it washed under the bridge.

.Wendy Greuels (Dale Thrush) responce to Kulak Patrons whom sent her Mercy faxes and email for Paul Kulaks woodshed despite the place being illegal.
Please take note, in this letter Wendy Greuel signed, she admits to knowledge of KUlaks prior charges which were criminal court orders not to operate yeat she still supports his illegal operation, combine this with the 1st building and safety code charge which states the building is not to be occupied and you can see how Wendy Greuel disregarded the public safety, the criminal court orders and charges and the LAPD charges where they were going to close Kulaks down for runing a dance hall without a permit. None of these were corrected, no permits issued nand she still supports this illegal operation 6 nights a week for years and years. Please go to the front page (top paragraph) and hit the link sending a email to Greuel stating you do not agree with her support of a illegal operation (a club). You or I would not be able to commit these violations and stay in business so why should Kulaks Woodshed be granted these special treatments? Wendy Greuel has a long line of special treatment for people she likes, in this case she has made them above the law, cops will not close him down, building and safety allow the public to be endangered by going in when they wrote the very report that states the building is not to be occupied since 2004. Greuels own variance (it was her idea with Kulak) states he is not to operate until he meets all of the conditions, he met none of them and voided the variance within the 1st 60 days but that did not stop the operation. KLulaks has not missed a performance since they opened in 1999 because he has Wendy Greuel pulling illegal moves to make sure no city agency stops him nor shuts him down. It is just not fair. Imagine if a rock club illegally opened up next door to your business and Wendy Greuel made it so you could not close them down or even have the rights you are entitled to. The 2nd charge in criminal court was for operating in the wrong zone. They are not doing anything and that is why I need for you to send the pre written email on the front page and let the mayor and all know this is going on and you don't want it in your community.
