Yes, New evidence Proves Kulak has been lying to performers and patrons alike and Wendy Greuel and Dale Thrush "knew it" so they worked with their city partners using corrupt tactics and stopped all city agencies from closing this illegal disruptive club down. She even went above the heads of the Great inspectors of Building and safety and had the head make sure nothing was accomplished, by her own admission she held special meetings for Kulak and she claims she does this for everyone, yea right.. Mr. Pruitt was no BALL of FIRE in the court room getting Don Cocek to prosecute Kulak or even Bring about more charges, I was surprised by Mr. Pruitt, I thought he was a straight shooter. I'd like to see some higher ups do an investigation on Don Cocek after he failed to inform the judge of kulaks priors for operating the club. All city entities Except the Building and Safety inspectors (GOD BLESS THEM) failed because of Greuel's influence. The judge seemed very good, he did not play any games but the facts were not presented to him by Cocek, despite that he gave Kulak 2 years of probation in all. I hope the judge remembers Kulak and wonders why Cocek is trying to let him off the hook. If the judge reads this , Sir, please consider I have the proof Kulak even got people to lie against me and get false TRO's, so I could not document and video tape evidence of his illegal ways and non compliance. Ex Kulak patron Olivia Stafford states on Video how Kulak asked her TO LIE to try and get a TRO against me and get me thrown in jail. Luckily Olivia is a straight shooter and that was the end of her Kulak Patronage, she told Kulak (who was at the North Hollywood Police Dept asking her to tell the police a lie) to get lost, she had never met me. I got the feeling this Judge doesn't take any crap, they better be straight with him this time. And Kulak is doing fund raisers to try and get some walk away cash or something, he claims it's for their legal fund because he opened knowingly illegal and then got caught and tried to make it appear the Porn star (thank you) neighbor was raging war of Porn against music. Kulaks Smoke and Mirrors, as a friend of mine put it. Kulak can delay like this forever stated Kulak on a video I have transcripts made of, sure he can, I have records of him making up to 12,000 dollar one month. So to delay is to keep raking in the cash.

Greuel is teaching these people to be corrupt because it is the only way she knows and her record shows it, Home Depot, Throwing the rent control people in the street and making sure that the planning dept fix was in for her district.. The North Hollywood police?? Well, they have not done anything to stop this, cops like these guys (who believed Kulaks story) believed a liar and "accepted a variance as a permit to disturb my peace on at least 20 occasions when i called", they heard the music blaring through the walls. One cop in particular has displayed he has a hard on for me because he believed the 6 foot crying Kulak claims to be scared of Mr. Peyton even though their are a reported 5,000 of them and only one of me..

Since it has taken 9 year to this date, I'd say they wanted to give me death. Still nothing is happening. I have located the one honest group, the city inspectors of the Department of Building and Safety and if you see Inspectors mentioned, smile and hold a hand out to them because they are your friends and they are honest.

Kulak was ordered to vacate the Building back in 2004 by the dept of Building and Safety Inspectors of Los Angeles but the corruption penetrated the head of the LADBS or it may all be laid upon Don Cocek?. Wendy Greuel got to someone, I did see Mr. Pruitt trying to get Cocek to do something but nothing was achieved when Cocek went before the honorable judge. Cocek was swayed it seems and his failure to tell the judge the facts of Kulak priors or to aggressively go after Kulak doesn't do much when I am being battered every night for 9 years. People say I am crazy and I may be, if I was would I know it? But if I am, it is strictly because I have been tortured for years, tortured by the fact a criminal operation can operate despite laws, bam music through my wall, continue operation despite failure to meet building and safety codes and Kulaks lack of permits, licenses, fire inspections and approval etc all with the help of one very crooked woman who is in city council and her name is Wendy Greuel (friend of the crook Paul Kulak). Kulak had not met the conditions as he continually claimed to the newspapers and to his patrons (not only bad musicians but FOOLS too!). Kulak states continually that he met all of the conditions with building and safety in 2004. THIS SHOWS KULAK IS A PROVEN LIAR. SEE BELOW THE CURRENT ORDER TO COMPLY! Now Kulak's attorney and Atkinson (the building owner) will have to deal with the fact he was legally not to have been in the building since 1999 when he tore the wall out. It is quite funny how our Wendy Greuel got the city council to grant a variance to a guy not only under criminal court order not t operate but also Building and Safety ordered not to even occupy the building. I have been saving the video footage of Wendy Greuel and her planning buddy Lourdes Green (you bet I'm spelling these right) telling the city council how they support places like this and how Kulaks was meeting the conditions and cured the problems. They granted a variance to a criminal court ordered not to operate and they got away with it...........or did they, its a ugly big snake biting them in the ass now and I will keep this up forever, in fact I am hosting it from Germany in case they try some more sneaky corrupt stuff.

It's now more then 60 days since the Dept of Building and Safety (God bless the one honest group in the bunch) inspector Art Valenzuela took the ball from the inspectors before him who also in 2004 did not kowtow to anyone, again thank you former inspector Mike Miller and current building inspector John Hamilton. And Mr. Valenzuela please carry this through to the end for Kulak, look in the file and see the years of non compliance, the disregard for Building and Safety orders and ignore Wendy Greuel or her staff, it is men like you that make a difference and straighten up the corrupt ways of the past.

Mr. Valenzuela reviewed the Kulak operation and saw there was orders dating back to 2004 to not occupy the building, he also saw new issues. Kulak tore out a wall and made 2 stores into one without a permit for Gawds sake. So this great inspector charged Kulak and sent him another order to Comply, one that he will follow up on and Mr. Valenzuela will not be corrupt by anyone politician or otherwise. I hope all inspectors take great joy in this because Wendy has pulled more crap against them for their doing their job then anyone can believe. Look at the Mural on the car wash, I love the car wash and the people who run it but we are talking about a city council woman who feels she is above the law and she needs exposed for her corruption and I am the man to do it. I can get better placement on search engines then most city entities. Sure the Mural is cool but, there are rules in this City and the LADBS is going to see to it that everyone gets fair treatment despite Wendy Greuel's interference for her special interest friends. Yea Mr. Pruitt (a lead Building and Safety) officer may be kissing Greuel's ass or he doesn't have the guts to make a stand and crooked Dale Thrush her henchman was there to try and interfere with the legal process. By allowing Don Cocek (the city attorney who is definitely kissing Dale Thrushes ass and Wendy Greuel's ass) to not prostitute Kulak after criminal violations have occurred for 4 years. All while in Don Cocek's hands when he was supposed to prosecute Kulak as well as Building and Safety criminal charges that Kulak plead guilty to for operating in the wrong zone and Kulak has still been in 9 years in operation. Don Cocek was seen by myself and a witness being approached by Dale Thrush and then Abby of Wendy Greuel's office (during the criminal hearing of Paul Kulak and John Atkinson the owner of Kulaks building) and they were overheard trying to persuade Cocek to drop the charges. Funny he did not pursue and further charges or actions and now he is again dragging his feet years later to more recharges and non compliance of Kulak. Yea there may not be much I can do to you but, I can expose the corruption that occurs and keep it exposed for years to come.

I think we should replace this city attorney who is coerced by wendy Greuel's office and corrupted to the point he does not tell the judge Kulak had a prior criminal violation for operation of a dance hall and was placed on probation. Kulak plead guilty to the building and safety charge and Don Cocek did not mention one thing about Kulak having already been placed on a year probation for his operation of the illegal club, so Kulak again received probation.

And after all charges and orders not to operate by the Van Nuys criminal courts, Kulak left the building and OPENED HIS CLUB THE VERY SAME NIGHT. When I sent North Hollywood Police a letter stating he is under court orders not to operate here is the letter I got in return.

I am not looking for friends but I am demanding justice and I not be made to del with a criminal because he has corrupt friends in the city government.

He held a benefit and he is not a 501C-3 (non profit) so who knows if the victims even saw all of the money. One Kulak supported (Olivia Stafford) stated on video Kulak will not turn over the accounting or money to anyone, so who knows how much Kulak pocketed??? And the Police allowed Kulak to continually operate despite Building and Safety ordered to demolish the building and to not occupy it since 2004. Ole Greuel and her fast talk, it is not uncommon for the city to allow a business to operate while they straighten out building code citations (quote from Greuel in city council hearing). But, it is uncommon Mrs. Greuel you crooked dog to allow a place to operate when they have been charged with illegal operation of a dance hall without permits in a building the building and safety ordered not to even be occupied AND Van Nuys Criminal court ordered not to operate as well as a violation of the Kulaks new PROBATION. So you grant . She is about as truthful as a crook. And she wants to Handel the cities money in the election for city controller in 2009. STOP THESE CRIMINALS .. LOOK AT THE OTHER FACTS OF HER CORRUPT WAYS, THE PLANNING HEARING WHERE THE WORD WAS IN AND PLANNING CALLE DAND LEFT A MESSAGE THT EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF "BEFORE THE TRIAL HAD OCCURED". THE FACT SHE OWNS A Frontier BUILDING AND SUPPLY COMPANY IN THE VALLEY AND SHE THWARTED AND RENIGGED THE PERMIT FOR HOME DEPOT TO OPEN UP., WHY??? I SAY BECAUSE SHE HAS A BUILDING AND SUPPLY COMPANY AND IT WAS COMPETITION FOR HER BUSINESS.

Just another example of Greuel's Special interest and just wait till she controls the cities money. Wow will people be screwed. Look at the deceptive prop she had where foolish Los Angeles people voted to give themselves a 9% phone tax when there really was not a 10% as they claimed, it was a tax that was already ordered to be thrown out by a judge. Her deceptive words on the ballet made fools think wow we are getting a discount. In a time of recession that's just what people wanted, a 9% tax that they did not have to pay. But the 80,000 city employees who received raises from City councils generous gift when the city knew damn well they did not have money to pay for it sure voted yes on anything Greuel put before them. Sure she already bribed them with this added pay raise.
