Kulak begs for money to fight Lawsuit
Da, excuse me but...Look at Kulaks own newsletter to patrons below. He knowingly has been operating totally illegally for the past say 9 years. He says the case has no merit, then please explain why he operated 4 years against Building and Safety orders, 2 years in violation of a variance which has long since expired, 2 years of Van Nuys criminal court orders not to operate. We have proof he did all of this just look on the site. Kulak has Wendy Greuel to assure no city agency closes him down but I have sent proof on just a taste of my loss caused by Kulaks illegal operation. And one more thing, "he wishes I was asking for 4 million", I sent proof just my side jobs pay me 24,000 a month. . All donate monthly to Kulaks illegal club so he can run an illegal No tax paying club in which he gets the months rent and costs from these people and pockets thousands a month from cash in the bucket, internet, DVD sales, etc. 2 years Kulak operated against direct court order, he is charged now with Order to Comply by building and Safety and Mr. Putt is the Dept of Building and Safety Rep in court and Don Cocek again handling (it appears like he is delaying, he sure did not on the Church People) the charging of Kulak and Atkins but as the los angeles city attorney on the case. This lack luster performer was sent an email showing and telling how Kulaks is illegal but apparently he still needed to "Play for Donations" at the illegal club. And they are all Kulak FOLLOWERS who give their money to Kulak Like the Moonies did. Wow a club where Kulak is the Boss (that alone should be illegal). They all disregarding laws, the consideration for the neighboring businesses and the orders not to occupy the building that have been placed on Kulaks since 2004 by the Dept of Building and Safety. Not to mention criminal court orders that were in effect when Wendy Greuel praised Kulaks to the City Council... Hard to understand breaking the law to play for donations from crowds of up to 40 people, they hand around the same bucket people hold on street corners. It sure pays for Kulak to have (a criminal supporting) Wendy Greuel in office, she doesn't care, she can't be held accountable. Just wait till this unqualified Council person gets elected to handle the cities money, Yea, she's running for city controller in 2009. She caused this by not allowing police to enforce the 2 plus years of Van Nuys Criminal court orders and Probation Kulak was on that stated "NOT TO OPERATE"

Wendy Greuel support for Kulaks clearly Illegal operation now causes a crash in front of the Woodshed and sends youth to the hospital. Greuel openly supported this club operating illegally for years, she orders the police not to prosecute Kulaks and she influences City Attorney Don Cocek to not press prosecution. I saw it in a criminal court proceeding in Van Nuys where she sent Dale Thrush to try and talk the city out of prosecution for Kulaks criminal activity while she instructed her puppet via cell phone, once the worm saw myself and other witnesses, he left and was replaced by Greuel's young female field officer trying to coerce the same results. They were both disappointed when Kulak plead GUILTY.

I am now stating "our neighborhood police have allowed kulaks to operate for years", they were even given a 12 month expired variance as a right for Kulak not only to operate, but to disturb the peace, take the street parking and do whatever illegal stuff they want, the police accepted this as a waver for disturbing the peace and illegal operation.
The police will not respond. North Hollywood Police, get off the stick, enforce the LAW! Kids are hurt now because you have not. Kulaks operation was the direct reason those poor kids smashed into that parked car in the middle of the street. Kulak took all parking, even his patrons had to park in the street while they unloaded. Why they turned their taillights off I will never understand but, I can't understand why they go to an illegal club to play for donations that go to Paul Ashley Kulak.
Do you want this city council person "Wendy Greuel" to pull special favors that may send you or your children to the hospital? How about her get the police so they won't enforce Criminal court orders for Kulaks not to operate? I have the proof, they refused to many many times and now look what happened. To serve and protect?? Even if Greuel is telling the police not to prosecute, they have a sworn duty to do it anyway!!
Wendy greuel nor the police can be sued for lack of doing their job or for the lack of enforcement of any law in the california State Law Book. Did you know in California no one (Government official) can be sued for not enforcing their own law? It's true and I bet you thought it was because they were lazy..
Wendy greuel is not accountable for her illegal actions and Kids are sent to the Hospital to treat bloody injuries while Kulaks goes back to playing in the illegal club like nothing happened. The police allow him to.. How can I say this??? Because it is true. Greuel aids criminal operations she likes and she sure as hell stops the cops and Dept of building and Safety from doing their jobs...
Greuel has stated to the newspaper "we can't close down every business because they have a infraction of the law". when she stated this Kulaks was under Van Nuys criminal court orders not to operate.
Kulak got Greuel's attention by having MOB action cal her and email her, well lets do it too, let her know you don't approve of her allowance of Kulak's violating the law nightly and now hurting these poor young people by allowing Kulaks to illegally take the street parking and to operate without meeting any of the laws, conditions, Building and Safety, Police, etc orders that the rest of us have to deal with.
Call and email Greuel and the Mayor (the email link is below) that you are outraged her support for an illegal club has now sent people to the hospital.
Where is Building and safety? Well the field workers (inspectors) did their job and it was then handed to Mr. Pruit who is head of Dept of Building and safety. 3 court cases, 2 convictions later because Kulak pleads Guilty to the crimes of operating a club in an area not zoned for it. He is ordered to not operate and does anyway. Now people are hurt as a direct result of Kulak's people thinking they own the street and they can do whatever they want without the fear or arrest or prosecution. 9:20PM (Date 4.5.08) Kulaks patrons had every parking spot on both sides of Laurel Canyon taken so they decided to make traffic wait as they park in slow traffic lane to unload. Was there anyone even in the car the poor people smashed into? It sure did not have the tail lights on.
Kulak doesn't let them use the rear of the building for unloading or even use the illegal faulty made handicapped ramp he put in without permits (during his prosecution for other building and safety charges). Kulak has caused a collision that nearly put one young persons head through the front windshield of their car. The Kulak patron did not even have car lights on at the time (even though it was 9:20PM Friday night). Why should they care? They own the streets and have the cops held off to not enforce the laws regarding their operation.
Most singers are notified by me via email telling them the place is illegal and links attached to court documents that prove it prior to their playing there and this guy just so happens to be a repeat offender. he doesn't care, ole severed brown stuff (that's what I call him) must really be desperate to play at an illegal club hoping for donations. There are musicians so desperate for a place to play that they use his club as a free recording studio. Doesn't matter Kulaks filming it because no one watches it anyway but it's interesting he needs no permits, no million dollar insurance policy, not even an occupancy permit to be in the building.
Old musicians whose day has came and went or those who were not good enough to perform for paying jobs will play anywhere thinking they can be heard. The night of the crash it was disrespectful "Jeff Kossack, Severed Browne" who were performing in their favorite illegal club (they financially support this knowingly illegal operation) that doesn't have sound proofing or even the basic permit to operate. These people that play at Kulaks are "wanna be" singers or "has beens" that can't get real jobs. They don't care if they disturb people, they don't care if people get hurt because of them, why should they? It's free playing at Kulaks..
The police can't touch them because it is clear Wendy Greuel says let them play, they were not hurting anyone except a few neighboring businesses who need to be open after 7PM. Well, now Wendy Greuel and Kulak as well as Don Cocek (city attorney who disregarded Kulaks continued operation despite court orders stating Kulak is not to be open) and Lourdes Green (city planning officer who knowingly allowed Kulaks to operate despite her own conditional variance which stated they are not to operate). Lourdes Green ignored reports, email, calls and faxes of Kulaks continued operation and allowed it to happen. Many recent events show how Greuel and the Planning dept make decisions even before it goes to city council who are all in on it and have their decisions made ahead of time. I blame these people for having sent 2 people to the hospital, Wendy Greuel's neglect and allowance of a crime because she approves it.... has now sent people to the hospital.
The car sat in front of my office LIVE, in a 2 hour parking zone ...Since 4.5.08 and has no ticket on it. They moved it today. I am glad they did not ticket them because these people were victims of a illegal club and the non law abiding Kulak crowd. Its not the first accident caused by Kulaks operation but Wendy Greuel chooses to ignore them all because she can't be held accountable, well on my page I expose all of her crimes and her poor ass judgment so we all don't get hurt by her actions. Fill this pot hole Greuel, seems the "ONE" you filled wasn't around my area.... In fact, I have not seen any filled in my area. When I think of Jeff Kossack and severed brown, that is exactly what i think of them as, a piece of severed brown. I see his kind laying all over the streets of LA.
Its not because their music sucks, it is because they violate my right to peace in my own office, they play in a place that is knowingly illegal and they do not care how it effects people. Hey, Wendy Greuel has the cops not able to do anything so why worry about anyone else? I am still hoping our local commander does what he knows is right and he is there to insure the public is safe. I hope he doesn't turn a blind eye when 2 latino youths were destroyed, their car ruined, they were sent to the hospital and all because they ran into a car they couldn't see unloading with lights off in the slow lane of traffic. Double parking, Unloading whatever you want to call it. All of the Kulak crowd disregard laws, they park in residential areas, they fill the streets parking so no other business can operate. They get false restraining orders against me by getting a bunch of the pussy liars to testify but Kulak got caught doing that when 1 honest person he approached to commit perjury against me, came to me and told me he wanted her to falsely testify for him. Olivia Stafford is her name and she's a honest person who quit the woodshed after Paul Kulak asked her to claim I attacked her, when in fact she had never seen me before but she made a point to come to me and tell me his plans.

Well, their disregard for the law has now extended to their disregard for human life, it's their care free "the police cant touch us because we have Wendy Greuel backing out club" attitude... It just sent a youth to the hospital with scars on the face that will last their entire life.
Yes, Our neighborhood lead officer Araguya knows Kulaks is illegal and has known for years but he has not yet broke the Wendy Greuel orders and done what is right "Close the illegal Business down". It is pretty bad when a illegal operation (Remember Kulak opened knowingly illegal, he went to building and safety and they said no, so he did it anyway) stays open for 9 years and has been complained against since day 1. I am asking the head police officer to stop the illegal establishment, ticket them for their continued operation. Remember also LA Vice ticketed Kulak and Kulak plead guilty, then he operated the same exact way for 4 years since but no more tickets cause of Greuel. See how the crooked wheel runs?
Lets hope someone now empowers him to close Kulaks illegal business, if not maybe the next people being hurt or killed as a result of Kulaks illegal club will get some attention.
Not with the support of Wendy Greuel who disregarded the Dept of Building and Safety demand No one even occupy that building due to the wall tearing out that Kulak performed without permits some 9 years ago. There is more, he is facing his 3rd criminal charge for illegally operating in that location and YES Wendy Greuel still supports him.
Yes, Recently Kulak has been given another order to comply but Again City Attorney Don Cocek steps in and refuses to charge Kulak with criminal charges until he sees the result of the order to comply. Da, he was already charged twice and we notified Mr. Cocek that Kulaks 2nd violation resulted in a 2nd "probation" not a punishment. Remember I saw Doc Cocek being approached by Dale Thrush from Wendy Greuel's office and I heard what they said as did another witness, at a criminal court proceeding none the less. Dale Thrush was there to try and get the charges dropped against Kulaks and continue to allow it to operate illegally. Well despite criminal court orders, probation conditions that also state he is not to operate, the 2nd infraction also just being a 2nd years probation for Kulaks and more orders not to operate, Kulak has not missed a night.
They watched the people rushed to the hospital and did not even miss a note, they played louder and harder after that because they were upset I recorded it. They like to teach me lessons.
