To overlook remodeling without bringing the building to code, no handicapped bathrooms, no proper safe seating etc as a theater setting is required by law. One he violated for 10 years and running. The Church owners were jailed in half the time, the city attorney stopped prosecuting Mr."K", and he did not do anything to meet the requirements of the law and get the building signed off. Mr. K just sat and did nothing as his speaker Mr. Dale Thrush (Greuels old henchman) told him. Parking requirements, neglected, sound proofing, what a joke. The Variance he was granted even (twice) says he is not to operate, Mr. Brown overlooked 2 criminal convictions and total disregard for all requirements of 1st variance that Mr. K failed to do. What a schmuck.. Mr. K operated 2 years against criminal court order, now he lives there to show all he has political pull and can do whatever he wants, Mr. K that is. But, is there a cost for Mr. K? The New LADBS people disregard what the old soldiers had accomplished, Mr. Hamilton was aware of the "K" con games played for years with the assistance of Dale Thrush and Wendy Greuel. Greuel the woman who took 5 million to hold special election and to give the city workers a large raise on top of their already set pay raises, so they would vote for her. Mr.K just got a new permit to take out a wall that he tore out over 10 years ago illegally, now he will sit on that permit and do nothing but stall. Mr.K is bound by the city to bring the remodeled building up to code after removal of a wall, so he sits, delay after delay, he makes money so why not skirt the law 10 years now. He even gets over Greuels own law stating 5 years LADBS problems completely solved or they are closed. Remember his crowd got Greuel to do things for him as Mr.K claimed on video shown.... I tried to sue the city but the judge found, city officials are not mandated by law to enforce the laws they make. From making us bankrupt as Wendy Greuel was in LA city council person for years and years, to being placed as the person who controls the spending of the city.. Mr. K was criminally convicted 2 times and put on probation, fined and ordered not to operate, he did anyway with the assistance of Greuel and her man Thrush and her staff, she used tax payers money to send her staff around to speak for and defend a criminal operation running in a building that is not to be occupied as per demand of LADBS former inspectors....The building is not only open today, the guy illegally lives in it.Look at the LADBS site and put in 5230 5230 1/2 Laurel Canyon (into enforcement area), You will se the conditions have never been addressed nor complied with. None of them. That building was ordered vacant and the charge remains open and un signed off on.illegal remodeling...taking out a wall making 2 stores into one and without permits he allows the public in and live entertainment. This is clearly a theater with no laws that apply...... but time has closed the LADBS cases as seen on the Internet.. K's truck is there 21 hours a day but LADBS says he isn't living there. The complaining neighbors say different...the rat lives in the box paid for by donations...LABDS website stating false claims. When the fact is K=Frankenstein....is living in that commercial building ....
No law applies to this illegal club in a rented building nor to the Frankenstein who runs the illegal donation scam club, the police just stopped charging him, LADBS is writing off the old charges and they have no been signed off nor the building brought to code after a complete remodel with major wall changes..

You cant live in your building paid for by donations and run an illegal business claiming tax-free income........... selling DVDs, memberships............. all without paying insurance.. But he can.... you cannot operates as a live theater for the past 10 years.. live audience and live entertainment but not following one law of the theater..... seating doesn't meet fire codes... no clear exit and the building has not had a occupancy permit for 10 years...still he operates nightly and now lives there.... check... drive around back at any time and see the black truck there. That is when he is not at the gym taking a shower..... no fire inspection for 10 years... cant be one approved.. there is no occupancy permit.. The building has been remodeled and "all" need to be brought up to code but LADBS has written "closed on their site" like all Kulaks charges are dropped and everything is ok.
Nothing has been done, nothing, this is corruption caused by Mrs. Greuels influence and Mr. Thrush speaking on he behalf at every hearing. Mr.K has not even made an effort to do anything because now LADBS is allowing this, they have known of it for 10 years..... Now it is all gone away because time and new faces are not looking at his continued non-compliance. People have went to jail ....the foreign church people... in half the time and in the same court but city attorney isn't charging them and LADBS is closing the cases apparently just because time has passed and I guess wither or not you do anything to correct the matter.. it goes away after 10 years.
